Frequently Asked Questions

Where is H&R Landworks based, and what areas do you cover?

We’re based in Hudson, FL (Pasco County). We regularly work throughout Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter counties. If you’re nearby and unsure whether you’re in our area, just call — chances are we can get to you.

We’re a service-area business. We come to your property to do estimates and work — there’s no storefront to visit. The fastest way to reach us is by phone or text.

Our operating hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. We try to return calls and texts the same day, even outside those hours if we can.

No. Estimates are free, and there’s no obligation. We’d rather give you a real number than have you guessing.

Usually within a day or two of your call. We’ll come look at the property, talk through what you want done, and follow up with a written estimate.

It depends on what’s already on the schedule and what season it is. Often we can get started within a week or two of the estimate. Bigger jobs sometimes need more lead time. We’ll give you a realistic start window when we send the quote.

Yes. We can provide proof of insurance on request — just ask when we come out for the estimate or before the job starts.

Yes, the business phone accepts texts. Texting can sometimes be the fastest way to send photos of a property or get a quick question answered.

Residential, rural, agricultural, and small commercial. We work for homeowners, landowners, farmers, builders, developers, and small commercial clients. If you have a property and a project, there’s a good chance we can help.

Both. Plenty of contractors won’t show up for a half-day job — we will. We also handle multi-day clearing and lot work.

Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, but we can sometimes work outside those hours depending on the job and the season. Ask when you call.

The property owner is responsible for permits, but we’ll point out anything we notice during the walkthrough. For most permits (tree removal, driveway connections, wetlands, etc.) you’d apply through your county. We can suggest where to start if you’re not sure.

Call or text Dylan at (727) 326-7923, or fill out the contact form. Tell us roughly where the property is and what you’re trying to get done — we’ll take it from there.

Not at this time. We’re a small, owner-operated company and our pricing reflects that.

That’s normal. Most people just describe what they want the property to look like at the end, and we figure out which services fit. Call or text, describe the situation, and we’ll go from there.
