H&R Landworks is based in Hudson, FL, and most of our work happens within a reasonable drive of home. We clear land across Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter counties — for homeowners with a back section that’s gone wild, landowners sitting on acreage they can’t walk through, builders getting a lot ready, and farmers trying to reclaim a pasture that’s turning into woods.
Staying regional is a deliberate choice. It means we know what the ground looks like out here, we can usually get out for an estimate quickly, and we’re close enough to come back if something needs another look. Pasco County
Pasco County is home base. Hudson is where we’re located, and it’s where the largest share of our work happens — everything from quarter-acre residential cleanups behind a house to multi-acre clearing on rural parcels further inland.
Pasco is a county of two halves. Along the coast and through the built-up corridors, most of what we see is smaller residential lots where palmetto, vines, and scrub have taken over a side yard or back section, or an infill lot that needs to be cleared before a house goes on it. Head east toward Dade City, Zephyrhills, and San Antonio and the parcels get bigger, the tree cover gets heavier, and the jobs shift toward acreage clearing, pasture reclamation, fence lines, and access roads.

Hernando County
Hernando is just up the road from Hudson, and it’s our second-busiest county. A lot of the work here is on rural and semi-rural property — acreage that’s been sitting, pasture that’s gone back to brush, and wooded lots that need opening up before anything else can happen on them.
Brooksville and the surrounding rural stretches tend to bring us bigger clearing and pasture jobs. Spring Hill and Weeki Wachee are more often residential — lot clearing, brush removal, and cleaning up overgrown sections of a property. Either way, it’s the same drive for us, and we treat a half-acre in Spring Hill the same way we treat twenty acres outside Brooksville.

Citrus County
Citrus County is where the properties tend to get larger and more rural. We see a lot of hunting land, wooded acreage, long driveways that need clearing back, and pasture that hasn’t been touched in years.
Inverness, Crystal River, Homosassa, Floral City, and the areas around them bring us a mix of trail clearing, fence line work, brush removal, and full acreage clearing. Properties out here often have sections the owner hasn’t physically been able to reach in a while — that’s a common reason people call us, and it’s usually a straightforward fix once we can get a machine in.

Sumter County
Sumter County sits at the eastern edge of our service area, and the work here leans agricultural. Pasture clearing, field reclamation, fence lines, and clearing for ag use make up most of what we do out this way.
Bushnell, Wildwood, Webster, Sumterville, and Center Hill are all within our range. Because Sumter is a longer drive for us, it helps if you can call early rather than at the last minute — that way we can plan the property walk and the job around the rest of the schedule instead of squeezing it in.

The service area is wide, but the way we work doesn’t change from one county to the next.
You’ll deal with Dylan from the first phone call through the final walkthrough. He answers the phone, walks the property, writes the estimate, and runs the machine. There’s no sales rep handing you off to a crew you’ve never met, and nobody to play telephone with if something needs to change mid-job.
We run three machines, which means we can bring equipment that fits the property instead of forcing the wrong gear onto a job. That matters more than people expect — a tight residential lot in Port Richey and forty acres of scrub outside Bushnell are completely different problems, and showing up with the wrong machine for either one wastes everybody’s time.
Estimates are free and written. You’ll know what the work costs and what’s included before anything starts. And we finish what we start — no disappearing halfway through a job to chase something bigger.

Everything we do is available throughout Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, and Sumter counties. Most properties end up needing two or three of these together rather than just one:

Frequently Asked Questions About Our Service Area
How do I know if my property is inside your service area?
The simplest answer is to call and ask. If you’re in Pasco, Hernando, Citrus, or Sumter County, you’re almost certainly covered. If you’re just outside one of those counties, it’s still worth a call — it depends on the property and what the job involves.
Do you charge extra to travel to the far end of your service area?
Travel is factored into the estimate, so the number you get is the number you get. Nothing is added later for drive time. If distance would make a job impractical, we’ll tell you upfront rather than padding a quote.
How quickly can you come out for an estimate?
That depends on where you are and what we’ve got running. Around Hudson and the rest of Pasco County, it’s usually fast. Further out toward Sumter or the far side of Citrus, it may take a bit longer to line up with other work in that direction. Either way, we’ll give you a real timeframe when you call.
Is the work different depending on which county I'm in?
The approach is the same everywhere. What changes is the property — a residential lot in Spring Hill and rural acreage outside Bushnell need different equipment and a different plan. That’s what the property walk is for.
Can you take on multiple properties in different counties?
Yes. If you own land in more than one county, or you’re a builder with lots spread across the area, we can quote them together and schedule around each other. Just mention it when you call so we can plan the routing.
Do you work weekends or after hours in outlying areas?
Our regular hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. If your situation needs something outside that, ask — we’d rather have the conversation than have you assume the answer.
